The McDonald's All American® Basketball Games have helped raise more than $10 million for Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC®) Chapters in the U.S. since the Games inception in 1978.
Over the past two years, the Chicago Games generated nearly $1.3 million in proceeds for Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana (RMHC®-CNI).
The 2012 McDonald's All American Games raised $650,000, the third-highest total in the event's 35-year history. This Ronald McDonald House boasts 14 stories and 86 guest rooms, and will provide over 31,000 family nights, saving families more than $7 million in hotel costs.
Every year, through its family-centered programs, like the Ronald McDonald House® and the Ronald McDonald Family Room®, RMHC provides stability and vital resources to more than 4.5 million children and families every year around the world.
